Job summary

Yuppiechef is hiring for the festive season to support store teams with high-energy, friendly, and reliable service. You will help customers find joy at home, provide outstanding service, and ensure memorable interactions as shoppers visit our Pretoria store.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining an inviting product display, and assisting with stock and store presentation during November 2026 to December 2026.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matriculation.
• Previous experience working for a luxury brand (seasonal or permanent) is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Offering and executing a high level of customer service to any customer that enters our store, making sure that each visit is a unique interaction.
• Making our store an inviting and intriguing space which showcases our brand and our range of products in the best possible way.
• Wrapping a large number of gifts for our customers who purchase with us.
• Contributing to the cleanliness of our store environment.
• Dealing with and resolving any customer queries.
• Following the internal process for stock receipt, storage and merchandising.
