Job summary

Yuppiechef is seeking energetic, reliable helpers to join our store teams for the festive season in Cape Town. You’ll deliver exceptional service and help customers choose products to create moments of joy at home, while representing our brand through a memorable in-store experience.

Roles run from November 2026 to December 2026. Responsibilities include top-tier customer service, presenting products, gift-wrapping, maintaining a clean store, resolving queries, and supporting stock processes.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matriculation is required.
• Experience with a luxury brand is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to every visitor to create a unique experience.
• Make the store inviting and showcase the brand and products effectively.
• Wrap gifts for customers and maintain store cleanliness.
• Resolve customer queries and follow stock receipt, storage and merchandising processes.

You'll be helping our customers find moments of joy at home, offering outstanding and memorable service, while selling our beautiful products. Yes, we sweat the small stuff and work hard at making sure that our customers get the sort of experience that they want when they walk through our doors.

We are specifically looking for teammates who can commit to the entire period of November 2026 to December 2026.

What your role would be

• Offering and executing a high level of customer service to any customer that enters our store, making sure that each visit is a unique interaction
• Making our store an inviting and intriguing space which showcases our brand and our range of products in the best possible way
• Wrapping a large number of gifts for our customers who purchase with us
• Contributing to the cleanliness of our store environment
• Dealing with and resolving any customer queries
• Following the internal process for stock receipt, storage and merchandising

What experience and skills you need for the role

• Grade 12 / Matriculation
• Previous experience working for a luxury brand (seasonal or permanent) is advantageous but not essential.
