Job summary

Yuppiechef is seeking festive-season staff for our Hermanus store. Join a high-energy team dedicated to delivering memorable service and showcasing our home products. This seasonal role runs from November 2026 through December 2026, with a focus on exemplary customer experience.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about food, cooking and entertaining, self-motivated, detail-focused, and capable of representing our luxury brand professionally in-store.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matriculation is required.
• Experience with a luxury brand is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Offering and executing a high level of customer service to any customer that enters our store, making sure that each visit is a unique interaction
• Making our store an inviting and intriguing space which showcases our brand and our range of products in the best possible way
• Wrapping a large number of gifts for our customers who purchase with us
• Contributing to the cleanliness of our store environment
• Dealing with and resolving any customer queries
• Following the internal process for stock receipt, storage and merchandising

You'll be helping our customers find moments of joy at home, offering outstanding and memorable service, while selling our beautiful products. Yes, we sweat the small stuff and work hard at making sure that our customers get the sort of experience that they want when they walk through our doors.

We are specifically looking for teammates who can commit to the entire period of November 2026 to December 2026.
