Rigana Manufacturing is seeking an ambitious Sales Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role handles end-to-end sales, from processing orders to compiling quotes and entering customer data, with a focus on accuracy and reliability.

You will nurture existing client relationships, respond to technical inquiries, and meet KPIs through daily planning. Travel to client sites is required as needed, with on-the-job training provided.

• Manage the end-to-end sales workflow, including processing accurate customer orders, compiling detailed technical quotes, and precise customer data entry.

• Consistently meet and exceed monthly structured KPIs through proactive daily planning and activity management.
• Travel to client sites when required.

Requirements

• Matric certificate essential. A related tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Mechanical, or a Technical field is a distinct advantage.
• Valid South African driver's licence essential.
• Comfortable learning technical manufacturing product knowledge and translating it into clear customer solutions.
• Strong people skills with the confidence to build trusting relationships.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented, with strong accuracy in data, numbers, and documentation.
