Pep in South Africa is seeking a team-oriented sales assistant to promote sales, assist customers, maintain store standards, and ensure correct pricing according to our image guidelines.

You will handle till operations, stock control, and contribute to a low-cost culture by driving efficiencies while upholding health, safety and housekeeping standards. You will be part of Dynamos team.

Responsabilidades

• Increase sales through exceptional customer service and world-class store standards.
• Maintain store image, stock presentation, stock management and correct pricing according to image guidelines.
• Minimise stock losses by fostering a healthy store culture and following security procedures.
• Drive efficiencies in the store to support a low cost culture.
• Handle cash at the till in line with company policy and procedures.
• Be part of a dynamic team of Dynamos and maintain health, safety and housekeeping standards.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

To be a team player, promoting sales, reducing stock losses, managing stock, serving customers, working on the till, and maintaining a low cost culture in order to meet business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Increase sales by focusing on exceptional customer service and world-class store standards, maintenance of the store image, presentation of stock, stock management, promotional implementation and correct pricing of products according to our price image guidelines.
• Stock loss is minimised by having a healthy store culture and following security measures, stock and cash handling procedures.
• Manage a low cost business according to the company low cost culture by driving efficiencies in the store.
• Handle cash at the cash register, in accordance with company policy and procedures.
• Being part of a dynamic team of Dynamos.
• Maintain general health, safety and housekeeping standards.
