This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring Chartered Accountants to complete their SAICA articles while gaining hands‑on experience in a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with audit assignments and engagements
• Preparing working papers and audit files
• Performing accounting and bookkeeping functions
• Preparing financial statements
• Completing bank, creditor and debtor reconciliations
• Assisting with tax calculations and submissions
• Supporting senior accountants and auditors with client portfolios
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation

Minimum Requirements:

• Studying towards or completed a SAICA-accredited BCom Accounting degree or equivalent qualification
• Eligible to register for SAICA articles
• Strong academic background and understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and numerical skills
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
• Own reliable transport is advantageous
• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (spoken and written), as Afrikaans is the primary language used within the office and with many clients.
