Job summary

Ace Staffing in Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha), Eastern Cape, seeks a Sage Payroll Implementation Consultant with a strong payroll background to join our software solutions team. You will implement and configure Sage Payroll for clients, analyse payroll and HR requirements, and ensure accurate earnings, deductions and statutory settings.

The role requires attention to detail, excellent communication and training skills, and the ability to support go-live, data import, testing and ongoing client

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in payroll, HR, finance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of PAYE, UIF, SDL, EMP201 and EMP501 processes.
• Excellent communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Sage Payroll solutions for clients.
• Analyse payroll and HR requirements.
• Configure earnings, deductions, leave rules and statutory settings.
• Import and validate employee data.
• Conduct payroll testing and support clients through go-live processes.
• Train payroll and HR users.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with South African payroll legislation.
