Network International is seeking a Managing Director to assume full accountability for the SA operation's performance, growth and direction. This senior leader will translate strategy into measurable outcomes across commercial, operational and financial domains, with hands-on execution and board-level engagement.

The role demands a commercially minded executive who can build on current strengths, challenge the status quo and drive momentum through the organisation with focus on customer value

Qualifications

• Several years' senior leadership experience in international logistics.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-functional businesses with commercial accountability.
• Strong understanding of South African logistics and freight-forwarding markets with international exposure.
• Ability to build strategic relationships with major customers, boards, shareholders and stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cash flow, pricing and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into actionable business plans and KPIs.
• Lead SA business strategy aligned with Group objectives.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and shareholder value.
• Oversee budgeting and strategic planning, report to Board.
