Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily transport operations, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for drivers to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with drivers to assign tasks, provide instructions, and monitor progress.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers to manage shipment details and resolve issues.
• Ensure all transportation activities comply with safety regulations and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, vehicle movements, and delivery status.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and coordinate maintenance schedules.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
