The successful candidate will have a strong logistics background, 4+ years in route planning, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with dispatch and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Research, Geography, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in route planning, logistics optimization, or transportation management.
• Proficiency with advanced route optimization software and GIS tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and maintain efficient delivery routes for the company's fleet using specialized route planning software.
• Analyze delivery data, traffic patterns, and customer requirements to identify opportunities for route improvement.
• Collaborate with dispatchers and drivers to implement route plans and provide necessary support.
• Develop contingency plans for traffic congestion, vehicle breakdowns, or schedule changes.
• Monitor route performance, track metrics (on-time delivery, fuel efficiency), and report to management.
• Stay updated on logistics technology and best practices for route optimization.
