In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing delivery routes for our fleet, ensuring maximum efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely deliveries. You will work closely with dispatchers and drivers to implement and refine routing strategies, utilizing advanced software and analytical skills. This position is essential for maintaining our competitive edge in service delivery and requires a deep understanding of urban logistics, traffic patterns, and driver constraints to achieve operational excellence within our busy distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously optimize delivery routes using specialized software for efficiency and cost savings.
• Analyze traffic data, delivery time windows, and vehicle capacities to create dynamic and realistic route plans.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to communicate route information and provide support for real-time adjustments.
• Monitor driver performance against planned routes and identify opportunities for performance improvement.

Requirements
