Job summary

Digital Outsource Services is seeking a Risk Team Lead to guide the 18/7 Risk area and ensure service quality for internal and global customers. You will oversee recruitment, staffing, performance, and escalation handling while maintaining a strong risk-mitigation mindset.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in Risk/AML/Compliance, superb communication, and leadership experience to drive coaching, training, and continuous improvements across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months Risk/AML/Compliance experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities.
• Understanding of Risk methodology, systems & technology.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
• Willing to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment interviews to assist with building the risk team.
• Manage leave requests and roster coverage for the team.
• Ensure SLA targets and KPI expectations are met across shifts.
• Escalate and manage risk issues with timely communication.
• Provide debriefs and knowledge transfer to successor team leads.
