Placements24 in Bloemfontein is seeking an Associate Commercial Lawyer to join a respected law firm. You will engage with a range of commercial matters and assist partners and senior lawyers in serving a diverse client base across the Free State.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with 2-4 years PQE in commercial law.
• Experience drafting commercial agreements and related documents.
• Strong knowledge of South African commercial law and company legislation.
• Excellent research, writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Assist in drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on various commercial law issues.
• Support senior lawyers in transactional matters, including due diligence and corporate structuring.
• Communicate with clients and other parties involved in legal matters.
• Maintain organized and accurate client files and case documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the firm's knowledge base.
