Qualifications

As a Rigger at Sarens, you'll play a key role in delivering complex heavy lifting projects across Poland and Europe, working with some of the largest cranes and lifting equipment in the industry. You'll be part of a skilled team responsible for assembling cranes, preparing lifting operations, and ensuring every project is executed safely and efficiently. Your job in a nutshell

• Prepare and execute specialised lifting operations on projects across Poland and Europe.
• Assemble and dismantle crawler, lattice boom and mobile cranes, including Terex/Demag CC3800, TC2800, AC-500 and Liebherr LG1750.
• Support lifting operations and ensure equipment is correctly prepared for safe execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Rigger, Crane Assembler or in a similar heavy lifting role.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Proven experience working with:
  • Terex/Demag CC3800
  • Liebherr LG1750
  • Liebherr LG1800
  • Liebherr LR1800
• Good understanding of lifting operations and workplace safety requirements.
• No contraindications for working at heights above 3 metres.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
• Openness to working in different terrain and site conditions.
• Willingness to travel and work on projects across Poland and Europe.
