Red Ember Recruitment (PTY) Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Reconciliation Clerk for a permanent role in Plattekloof. The ideal candidate is numerically strong, enjoys working with financial data, investigates discrepancies and maintains accurate records.

You will perform daily revenue and banking reconciliations, match POS sales to bank statements and card settlement reports, and capture data in internal systems and Excel using functions like VLOOKUP.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in reconciliations, finance admin or similar.
• Strong Excel skills, especially VLOOKUP.
• Matric with accounting exposure.
• Experience with large spreadsheets and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily revenue and banking reconciliations.
• Reconcile POS sales against bank statements and reports.
• Capture and verify financial data in internal systems and Excel.
• Investigate discrepancies and follow up on variances.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation reports.
• Maintain documentation for audit purposes.
