Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd in Cape Town is seeking a detail-oriented operator to ensure the timely debriefing of vehicles returning from deliveries. You will manage stock returns, process claims and PODs, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science required.
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive returned stock from deliveries daily.
• Process claims, PODs and DRNs for credit customers.
• Return stock from deliveries and manage categorization.
• Verify returned weights against customer claims.
• Ensure all delivery documentation (PODs, etc.) is complete.
• Use correct return codes and raise NCRs for non-conformances.
• Transfer stock to rework or warehouse with proper handover.
• Maintain returns records and daily variance reporting.
• Support food safety and housekeeping policies.
• Participate in Invocom meetings and daily targets.
