Job summary

Networking Mania (Pty) Ltd. is seeking a confident Retention Agent in Century City to engage with existing clients and prevent churn. You will resolve concerns, propose incentives, and maintain CRM records to strengthen long-term relationships.

The role requires 2–3 years in customer service or retention, excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM/Microsoft Office skills. This is a full-time, in-person position with a 15:00–02:00 shift in Cape Town.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
• 2-3 years' experience in customer service, call centre or retention roles (BPO/financial services preferred).
• CRM and Microsoft Office experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused and driven Retention Agent to join our team in Century City.

Role Overview

As a Retention Agent, you will play a key role in engaging with existing clients, resolving concerns, and helping customers continue to see value in our services. You'll be at the heart of reducing churn and strengthening long-term client relationships.
