Qualifications

• Understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial planning.
• Proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into impactful displays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with store teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement eye-catching visual merchandising displays in line with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.
• Create store layouts and product placement strategies to maximize sales and customer flow.
• Develop and maintain visual merchandising standards across all assigned stores.
• Install and update window displays, in-store signage, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the retail management team to align visual strategies with sales objectives.
• Train store staff on visual merchandising principles and execution.
• Ensure all displays are well-maintained, clean, and replenished as needed.
• Source and manage props, fixtures, and display materials.
• Stay informed about current visual merchandising trends and competitor activities.
• Manage budgets for visual merchandising materials and initiatives.
• Document store layouts and display setups for consistency and future reference.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall store atmosphere and brand image.
