Mr Price Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of passionate associates, maximize store sales, and maintain the stock loss benchmark while managing the store's administration.

Responsibilities include managing stock and expenses, meeting targets, and using store resources to sustain productivity and ensure policy compliance. The role requires Matric and retail management experience, with strong business English and a commitment to upholding company standards and customer service.

Competenze

• Matric/Grade 12; Mathematics an advantage.
• 2 years’ experience in a Retail Store Management or Assistant Store Manager role in a similar retail environment.
• Excellent business English, both verbal and written.

Mansioni

• Manage stock and control expenses to meet business targets.
• Achieve and/or exceed the required targets set for the store.
• Use store resources effectively to maintain store productivity.
• Thorough knowledge of stock and management of policies and procedures.
• Act as custodian of all company policies and procedures to ensure standards are met.
• Assume accountability for management and training of all staff.
• Maintain company culture by treating staff in a respectful and professional manner.
• Ensure all customer interactions result in above-average customer service.
• Monitor store cleanliness and hygiene to comply with laws and company standards.
