Job summary

Dis-Chem Pharmacies Limited in Hillcrest is seeking a Receiving Manager to oversee accurate goods receipt and efficient flow of stock to the trading store.

You will verify deliveries, process invoices, manage returns, and mentor Receiving/Capturing Clerks to meet company standards. This role requires at least 3 years in retail receiving, Grade 12, and readiness to work retail hours; SAP knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant retail receiving experience.
• Willing and able to work retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the receiving department adheres to accurate verifying, scanning and capturing of physical goods receipts.
• Verify deliveries and invoices for total consistency with quantities and conditions.
• Despatch returns to suppliers on supplier pickup with proper documentation.
• Prepare and log warehouse claims and ensure stock receipts flow to the floor the same day.
• Capture invoices (MIRA) and prepare invoice packs for head office.
