Job summary

Profile Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Assistant to join the Head Office team. You will work with data in Excel to support planning and forecasting in a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities for professional growth.

The role involves exporting and analysing sales and stock, preparing reports, and assisting with stock allocation across stores while maintaining accuracy and timelines.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12).
• 2 years' experience in planning, allocation or retail support.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and large spreadsheets.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Valid driver's licence advantageous.
