Takealot Group is seeking a highly talented Retail Graduate to join our team on a scalable, fast‑growing programme across takealot.com, TFS and Mr D. You will own promotional calendars, coordinate campaigns, and collaborate with partner marketing teams to drive adoption and retention of TakealotMORE initiatives.

You will work with the merchandising team to boost customer conversion across TakealotMORE journeys and help launch new features with educational content on product differentiators.

Responsibilities

• Own, update and maintain the promotional calendar for TakealotMORE initiatives.
• Briefing and operational management and coordinating of campaigns.
• Liaise with partner marketing teams for joint campaigns.
• Conceptualising, implementing and managing ongoing promotional campaigns.
• Work closely with merchandising to improve customer conversion in TakealotMORE journeys.
• Drive feature launches and create educational content on product features.
