Job summary

Takealot Group, South Africa’s leading online retail and delivery organisation, is inviting a Marketing Graduate to join our team in Cape Town. The Graduate Programme will rotate across Takealot's businesses (Takealot.com, TFS and Mr D) to build broad marketing experience.

You will own campaigns, coordinate promotions, and work with merchandising and brand teams to drive adoption and educate customers about product features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or an equivalent discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in digital marketing and campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Own, update and maintain the TakealotMORE promo calendar.
• Brief and manage campaigns across different teams.
• Coordinate joint campaigns with partner marketing teams.
• Conceptualise and manage ongoing TakealotMORE promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with merchandising to boost TakealotMORE conversions.
• Launch new features and create educational content on product differentiators.
• Support brand teams on Through-the-Line Takealot and Mr D campaigns.
