Training area includes product knowledge, pricing accuracy, and stock handling. Ideal candidates will have Grade 12, a Retail Business Management certification is a plus, and at least 1 year retail exposure.

Formación

• Essential: Grade 12 – Matric or Senior Certificate.
• Advantage: Certification in Retail Business Management.
• Advantage: Minimum 1 year work experience within Retail.
• Be able to work retail hours.
• South African citizen.
• MIE, no criminal record and clear credit rating.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure full ranges of products are on shelves and neatly presented.
• Maintain stock on shelves to prevent expiry and assist with restocking.
• Handle customer transactions and process payments accurately.
• Assist with stock control, rotate stock, and report damaged or expired stock.
• Provide friendly customer service and address compliments or complaints to management.
• Adhere to company policies, health and safety rules, and housekeeping standards.
