Responsibilities

Ensure full ranges of products are on shelves at all times and neatly presented.
Maintain stock on shelves to ensure it does not reach its sell-by date.
Restock merchandise to maximise sales.
Handle all customer transactions including payments and returns per SOP.
Facilitate stock control, reporting low or damaged stock to management.
Maintain housekeeping and ensure product knowledge to assist customers.
Assist with back shopping and stock loading/unloading as required.
