Job summary

Pepkor Lifestyle invites motivated graduates to join a 12-month Graduate Programme at its Head Office in Johannesburg, funded by the Wholesale & Retail SETA. The programme focuses on developing young talent through structured workplace experience and exposure to multiple functions within the Retail Division.

Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience, participate in onboarding, attend meetings, and deliver research on trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Marketing Management, Business Management / Business Administration, Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology, Digital / Marketing / Ecommerce, IT Project Administration / Project Management, IT information systems / Business information Technology.
Strong written and verbal communication; good presentation skills.
Ability to learn quickly, resilience, initiative, and sound judgement.

Responsibilities

Attend onboarding and induction programmes and meetings to learn about different functions.
Execute duties under supervision of senior staff.
Perform research and document trends, such as new technology and best practices.
Visit different locations/stores to gain hands-on experience.
Make presentations for evaluation and report back.
Perform additional responsibilities to achieve business objectives.
