PEP offers an 18-month graduate programme for business or science graduates aiming to build a career in retail planning. You will gain hands-on experience in forecasting, stock management, and sales planning within South Africa’s largest single-brand retailer.

The role involves collaboration with Planning and Buying teams, stock distribution oversight, and visits to stores, with placements across the Northern Suburbs (Cape) area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or Business Management.
• South African Citizen
• 18 to 33 years old
• 0-1 year working experience
• Willingness to travel
• Intermediate skills in Google Suite or Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Replenish products and apply forecasting methodologies.
• Collaborate with Planning and Buying to set sales forecasts.
• Forecast stock impact from sales projections.
• Prepare and coordinate sales plans for budget sessions.
• Monitor stock distribution to stores and DC service levels.
• Analyze product and store performance.
• Provide store support and conduct visits.
• Review store performance and manage exceptions.
• Lead In-Season trading to optimize sales.
• Work with Replenishment Analysts and Planners
