Job summary

Pick n Pay is seeking a Data Product Manager to own data products that deliver measurable business value across the retail organisation. You’ll bridge business stakeholders with data, analytics and data science teams, translating priorities into well-defined data solutions while ensuring quality, governance and fast delivery.

Lead roadmaps, manage backlogs, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver dashboards, models and data products that drive adoption and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Project Management or Agile certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary engagement point for business stakeholders across retail domains.
• Own vision, roadmap and backlog for assigned data products.
• Coordinate delivery across data engineers, analysts and data scientists.
• Ensure data products deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Define KPIs and adoption metrics for each product.
• Ensure data governance, privacy and quality across solutions.
