Chainlink SA in Midrand, Gauteng, is seeking an experienced Retail Credit Controller to manage the full credit control function within the retail accounts receivable team. This role requires analytical minds, strong organization, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee the entire retail credit control process, ensure compliance with the National Credit Act, and drive reconciliations, collections, and reporting with precision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail credit control.
• Strong understanding of the National Credit Act.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete retail credit control function.
• Apply knowledge of the National Credit Act and related legislation.
• Perform accurate reconciliations and resolve account discrepancies.
• Manage overdue accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Prepare credit reports, statements and account updates.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and audit trails.
• Work confidently with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
