Placements24 is seeking a Management Consultant for the Retail & Consumer Goods sector based in Benoni, Gauteng. You will analyze client operations, develop strategic recommendations, and guide implementation of transformative initiatives for leading brands.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 3-5 years of consulting experience or relevant industry experience in retail or consumer goods.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in market analysis and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and presentation software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of the Gauteng retail market is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze client performance in areas such as sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain within the retail and CPG sectors.
• Develop strategic plans to address market trends, competitive challenges, and customer behavior shifts.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and revenue enhancement.
• Design and implement solutions related to category management, e-commerce, customer loyalty, and supply chain optimization.
• Manage project deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional client teams and internal experts to achieve project objectives.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to client stakeholders.
