Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years FOH Restaurant Management experience, including events/functions spaces.
• Experience with FOH operations and guest service excellence.
• Experience using POS systems such as GAAP, and handling a la carte/set menus.
• Staff recruitment, training and motivation experience.
• Collaborates with an Events Coordinator to plan and execute functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations and guest experience.
• Coordinate events and banquets with the Events Coordinator.
• Manage staff scheduling, training and performance.
• Plan and execute day-to-day restaurant operations.
