Job summary

RMB is seeking an experienced TWC Transactor in the Resources Sector to originate and structure transactions, engage with clients, and drive profitability and market share. You will manage end-to-end deal execution, maintain key client relationships, and coordinate with Credit, Legal and Distribution teams to deliver tailored financing solutions within a dynamic banking environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and bring 4–5 years of relevant banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting is required.
• 4 to 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within Banking.

Responsibilities

• Originating and leading deal origination and structuring for the bank.
• Engaging with clients to articulate strategy, opportunities and solutions.
• Managing relationships with internal stakeholders (Credit, Legal, Distribution).
• Negotiating pricing and financing arrangements with clients and lenders.
• Monitoring risk and ensuring credit and policy compliance across deals.
