Job summary

Wesbank invites applications for a TWC Transactor in the Resources Sector. You will originate and structure transactions, lead client engagement, and drive profitability while maintaining strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a BCom in Accounting with 4–5 years in banking, and you will operate in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on risk management and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting is required.
• 4–5 years' experience in a similar banking role is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Originate and structure transactions for new and existing clients.
• Lead client engagement and maintain key relationships in the sector.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal and Distribution to advance deal proposals.
• Manage credit applications and ensure timely turnaround times.
