Hire Resolve is seeking a Building and Residence Manager to oversee the efficient day-to-day management of a residential development, ensuring excellent service delivery, tenant satisfaction, operational efficiency and the upkeep of the property.

The role requires strong administrative and organizational skills, with experience in coordinating contractors, managing customer relationships and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
• 3-5 years' experience in building, residential, property or facilities management.
• Experience managing contractors and external service providers.
• Strong understanding of building maintenance and property operations.
• Experience dealing directly with tenants, residents or clients.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements.
• Strong administrative, organisational and problem-solving skills.
