Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking a Building and Residence Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a residential development, ensuring service delivery, tenant satisfaction and the overall upkeep of the property.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in building or facilities management, a relevant qualification, strong contractor management, health and safety knowledge, plus excellent administrative and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
• Relevant qualification in Property Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Building Management or a related field would be advantageous.
• 3–5 years' experience in building, residential, property or facilities management.
• Experience managing contractors and external service providers.
• Strong understanding of building maintenance and property operations.
• Experience dealing directly with tenants, residents or clients.
• Good knowledge of health and safety requirements.
• Strong administrative, organisational and problem-solving skills.
