Qualifications

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio of residential properties to maintain high occupancy.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs and inspections with vendors and contractors.
Handle tenant inquiries, lease enforcement, and move-in/move-out procedures.
Prepare financial reports including rent collection and budget management.
Ensure compliance with landlord-tenant laws in the George area.
