Qualifications

• Must complete pre-employment background and drug screenings
• Must possess a valid driver's license with endorsements and have at least 3 years of driving experience
• Must possess basic computer skills
• At least one year of experience in the human services field

Responsibilities

• Identify and report abuse or rights violations
• Ensure health, safety and well-being of individuals at all times
• Supervise a trained team providing support and oversight
• Provide training and constructive feedback to staff
• Ensure implementation of therapy and behavior programs and data collection
• Support a positive, creative and person-directed home environment
• Maintain compliance with agency directives and licensing standards
• Keep homes and vehicles well maintained and organized
