The ideal candidate holds PrArch or Architectural Technologist qualification, with at least 4 years' residential experience, proficiency in ArchiCAD or Revit, and strong communication skills for client-facing work.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect with SACAP (PrArch) or Architectural Technologist qualification.
• Minimum 4 years in residential architectural design.
• Ability to produce high-quality design concepts and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD or Revit and related design software.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and local codes.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.
