Placements24 seeks an Architectural Designer specializing in residential projects in Paarl, Western Cape. You will take concepts through to detailed design for private homes, estates, and multi-unit residential developments, working closely with clients to realize their vision.

The role requires a strong design aesthetic, technical proficiency and a passion for bespoke home design that suits the Winelands region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in residential architecture.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop innovative residential designs.
• Prepare detailed drawings: floor plans, elevations, sections.
• Collaborate with clients to capture their needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors and consultants for integration.
• Select materials and finishes considering aesthetics, durability and budget.
