Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and development of architectural designs for various project types.
• Prepare high-quality design proposals, renderings, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.

• Research and specify appropriate materials and finishes to achieve desired design outcomes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Architecture or a related design field.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in design software such as SketchUp , Lumion, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven ability to translate client briefs into compelling and innovative design solutions.
• Strong understanding of architectural history, theory, and contemporary design discourse.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
