FirstRand Bank India is seeking a Research Enablement Specialist to provide high-quality editorial, production, and content-management support to the Research function. You will edit and proofread publications, ensure regulatory and editorial standards, and help make research insights more usable across channels.

You will collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to improve narrative flow, maintain the research knowledge base, and coordinate publishing schedules.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree in Economics, Publishing or related.
• 3+ years in editorial, research production, or content management.
• Experience in financial services or research environments advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Edit, proofread, and quality‑assure research publications, presentations, and client-facing materials to ensure clarity, coherence, and factual accuracy
• Act as a quality checkpoint for high-impact outputs before release
• Uphold editorial style guidelines across asset classes, product types, and distribution platforms
• Partner with analysts to improve narrative flow and close content gaps
• Maintain and organise the research content repository with version control
• Coordinate publishing schedules and monitor workflow progress to reduce bottlenecks
