Job summary

RMB Rand Merchant Bank is seeking a Research Enablement Specialist to provide editorial, production, and content-management support for the Research function. You will edit and proofread research publications, ensure compliance with editorial standards, and collaborate with analysts to improve content quality and usability.

You will maintain the research knowledge base, support publishing workflows, and drive continuous improvement across templates, tools, and platforms.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Economics, Publishing or related disciplines.
• Experience in editorial, research production, or content management roles at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Edit, proofread, and quality‑assure research publications and client‑facing materials.
• Ensure outputs meet editorial standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and organize the research content repository for efficient archiving and retrieval.
• Coordinate publishing schedules, timelines, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Refine templates, tools, and platforms to enhance usability and accuracy.
• Apply review protocols to protect brand and compliance.
