Registration as a Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) or Professional Engineering Technologist (Pr Tech Eng) is advantageous.

Develop system-level electrical designs for renewable energy projects including solar PV, battery storage, and hybrid systems.
Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), General Arrangement drawings, and electrical schematics.
Develop and maintain project BOMs based on designs and requirements.
Serve as technical contact for clients during project development and execution.
Prepare engineering reports, specifications, design calculations and project documentation.

Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description

Develop system-level electrical designs for renewable energy projects, including solar PV plants, battery energy storage systems, hybrid systems, and grid-connected installations using the company’s products.
Prepare detailed Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), General Arrangement (GA) drawings, and electrical schematics
Develop and maintain project Bills of Materials (BOMs) based on engineering designs and project requirements.
Serve as a technical point of contact for clients throughout project development and execution.
Prepare engineering reports, technical specifications, design calculations, and project documentation
Provide technical support during installation, testing and commissioning activities.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or BTech in Electrical Engineering
Registation as a Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) or Professional Engineering Technologist (Pr Tech Eng) is advantageous.

Skills

Minimum 3-5 years of electrical engineering experience.
Experience in renewable energy projects such as solar PV, battery storage, microgrids or hybrid power systems.
Proven experience creating Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and system-level electrical designs.
Experience developing project Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Experience supporting project installation and commissioning activities is advantageous.
Valid driver’s licence
