Envision Energy in South Africa seeks a motivated Commercial Engineering Graduate to support the commercial, contractual, legal, and operational aspects of renewable energy projects. The role involves contract facilitation, risk analysis, and bid preparation for wind turbine, energy storage, and service projects.

Qualifications

• Honours or Master’s degree in Law, Business (Contractual Law), Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial) or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with contract negotiation skills.
• Interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and drive project execution.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate contract negotiations across departments for wind turbine, storage, and service projects.
• Identify contract risks and support finalisation and execution of agreements.
• Assess commercial, legal, financial, engineering, logistics, and delivery risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to complete bidding and follow-up for projects.
• Organise bids, identify pre-bid risks, prepare proposals, and integrate resources to highlight product line advantages.
• Support standardisation of international risk management tools and optimise contract and bidding processes.
