The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in wealth management, deep retirement and estate planning knowledge, and proficiency in planning tools like Xplan and CRM systems. Remote work flexibility is offered with strong career growth prospects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• CFP, CFA or similar certifications are highly valued.
• Minimum of 5 years of wealth management or financial planning experience.
• Proven track record managing client relationships and portfolios.
• Deep understanding of investment products, markets, and economic principles.
• Expertise in retirement and estate planning, tax-efficient investing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with ability to explain complex concepts.
• Strong self-discipline and time management for remote work.
• Proficiency in planning software (Xplan, MoneyGuidePro) and CRM systems.
• Regulatory knowledge of SA financial services legislation.
• Ability to work independently and drive business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial plans and investment strategies.
