Placements24 is seeking a driven Remote Property Investment Advisor for South Africa. You will guide clients through identifying, evaluating, and acquiring real estate investments, leveraging market analysis and strong client relationships to build wealth.

This fully remote role requires independence, proficiency with CRM tools, and the ability to manage a remote client base while delivering clear, data‑driven recommendations and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in real estate investment or advisory.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Solid market analysis and investment sourcing abilities.
• Experience with real estate investment vehicles and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial capacity.
• Analyze market data, identify opportunities, and present findings to clients.
• Develop customized investment strategies and portfolios for clients.
• Educate clients on best practices, trends, and risks in real estate investments.
• Facilitate acquisition, sourcing, due diligence, and negotiation support.
• Build long-term relationships and provide ongoing advice and support.
