The Recruitment Council is seeking a Senior Financial Advisor to join our wealth management division in a fully remote capacity, serving clients across South Africa from a dedicated remote location.

You will provide sophisticated financial planning, investment management, and wealth preservation strategies, deepening client relationships and identifying new opportunities with autonomy and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field required.
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or investment management.
• Demonstrated success in managing high-net-worth client portfolios and achieving sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of investment products, financial planning tools, and estate planning principles.
• Excellent communication and remote engagement skills for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive, personalized financial plans for affluent clients.
• Provide expert advice on investment strategies, portfolio construction, and asset allocation.
• Conduct thorough client needs analyses and risk tolerance assessments.
• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Source new business opportunities and grow the client base through referrals and networking.
• Stay informed about market trends and financial regulations affecting wealth management.
