Placements24 is seeking a Remote Warehouse Systems Specialist for a global e-commerce logistics network. You will lead WMS implementation, optimization, and support across distributed centers worldwide, operating from a home office.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of WMS experience with major systems. You'll work with IT, operations and engineering to integrate WMS with ERP and other systems, develop testing plans, and document configurations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing, managing, and supporting WMS.
• Experience with leading WMS solutions like Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Oracle WMS, SAP EWM.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
• SQL, scripting, and database management desirable.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of WMS and related automation technologies.
• Develop and execute system testing plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for WMS and other warehouse automation systems.
• Analyze system performance data and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and engineering teams to integrate WMS with other enterprise systems.
• Develop and deliver training materials for warehouse personnel on system usage and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing, managing, and supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proven experience with leading WMS solutions (e.g., Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, Oracle WMS, SAP EWM).
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain processes.
• Experience with SQL, scripting languages, and database management is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong project management and documentation skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.
