Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Operations Coordinator for a fully remote role. You will coordinate daily warehouse activities, maintain WMS inventory data, and generate performance reports while collaborating with procurement, sales and customer service teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

The role emphasizes remote management, standardizing SOPs, and leveraging digital tools to improve efficiency and accuracy across the supply chain.

Formación

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination, preferably supervising or coordinating.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation and implementation abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with remote teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency, adept at using digital tools for remote collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping) with timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS, conduct cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Generate and analyze operational reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement areas.
• Liaise with procurement, sales, customer service and external carriers to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
• Develop and implement SOPs for warehouse functions, focusing on remote management and oversight.
