Qualifications

About the Role

This is a fully remote position where you will be instrumental in interpreting vast amounts of warehouse operational data to identify trends, optimize processes, and enhance overall efficiency. You will work closely with warehouse management and IT teams to develop dashboards, generate reports, and provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from warehouse operations (e.g., inventory levels, throughput, labor productivity, equipment utilization).
• Develop and maintain reports and interactive dashboards to visualize key warehouse performance metrics (KPIs).
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in operational data to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with warehouse managers to understand their data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
• Assist in forecasting operational needs based on historical data and projected trends.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting and analysis.
• Stay updated on the latest data analysis tools and techniques relevant to logistics and warehousing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Logistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with a focus on warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Experience with statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is highly advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational data is a plus.
